It was an honor for our volunteers to work alongside the Athens municipality of Palaio Faliro and Mayor Yiannis Fostiropoulos to clean the coastline of the local marina. After finishing their work, Mayor Fostiropoulos treated our group to coffee and a light snack at the historic Nautical Club of Palaio Faliro. We look forward to more collaborations with local officials in Greece during our Greek America Corps programs!
