Forty Under 40 Class of 2020 Nomination

Please note that a $50 application fee is required. This fee is mandated by our Board of Directors in order to make our programming sustainable. All fees paid are therefore critical, as they contribute directly to our operations costs. Upon submitting your nomination you will receive an email which includes the link to pay the fee. If the fee is not paid before the deadline then your nomination will not receive consideration.
