Alternatively, you can find rooms at nearby hotels that are walking distance from The Plaza. Other options include The Sherry-Netherland, 1 Hotel Central Park and The Park Lane Hotel, among numerous others.
Arrive early and take in a Broadway show or an exhibition at the Metropolitan Museum of Art or MoMA.

Friday, May 15

6:30pm – Curtains up for the 2020 Gabby Awards Show in the Terrace Room at The Plaza Hotel
8:00pm – Official After Party in the Grand Ballroom of The Plaza Hotel. The After Party includes a full Greek-inspired dinner created by the famed chefs of The Plaza, as well as an open bar with bespoke Greek wines and specialty drinks inspired by Greece. Entertainment by “the Voice of Greece,” Glykeria, and her complete orchestra.
This year, for the first time, we encourage families to bring young children 12 and under to the special “Kids Gabbys” room, where they will participate in various activities and fun while parents celebrate in the ballroom nearby.
Saturday, May 16
12:00pm – Cupcake decorating with Katherine and Sophie of Georgetown Cupcake at their bakery in SoHo (two sessions). This is your chance to meet-and-frost and decorate cupcakes with two of America’s most beloved television stars — right in their own kitchen! We only have limited spots available for a wonderful Saturday morning where you’ll have a chance to get your hands dirty with frosting and go home with your very own cupcakes. 3:00pm – 6:00pm – Greek America’s Forty Under 40 Awards Reception (location TBD)
10:00pm – Although not an official Greek America Foundation event, the Antonis Remos concert at Melrose Ballroom is on Saturday, May 16. Considered by many to be the King of Greek music, Remos is returning once again to the “Greekest Neighborhood in America” for an unforgettable night.
