Applicants that have been accepted into the program will be notified on a rolling basis beginning on February 14. All applicants will be notified by March 27 at the latest.

If you have financial need, please indicate in the application that you are applying for a scholarship. By applying for a scholarship, you are professing that you could not participate in this program otherwise.

If you are not applying for a scholarship, please indicate in the application that you are applying to purchase a spot. You must still complete a full application and be accepted to the program. You are not expected to pay until you have been accepted.

Please ask two recommenders to submit brief recommendation letters on your behalf. The letters can be from educators, employers or other non-family members who are familiar with you. Please attach the letters below.

Please upload a resume and cover letter. In your cover letter, please mention what motivates you to participate in this program; if you have any relevant experience working in the humanitarian field; and what your hobbies and interests are. Prior experience working with abandoned/at-risk children is not a prerequisite for participation; a willingness to engage with foreign cultures and open yourself to new experiences is the most important quality in the application process.

Before submitting this application, please be sure that the cumulative file size of your attached PDF files does NOT surpass 20 MB. If the cumulative size of attached PDFs surpasses 20 MB then the application will not be received. Please note that the average size of a one-page, text-only PDF is only approximately 100 KB.
