Eight of the continent’s most innovative and successful food and beverage entrepreneurs will come together on the main stage at the Greek America Foundation’s National Innovation Conference in Philadelphia for a panel discussion called “Food 2.0.”
Greeks have evolved from immigrant stall-owners in the markets of North American urban centers and pushcart fruit vendors into one of the nation’s most successful forces in the food industry. And every generation that has passed, the end result has been constant growth, innovation and evolution.
What is expected to be a lively panel discussion will include eight individuals who have elevated the concept of food and beverage into a contemporary and profitable product that has now gone beyond the Greek neighborhoods and has helped bring Greek culinary concepts to the mainstream North American consciousness.
